These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, via e-mail, telephone or by post with NFL Merchandise UK. Please read them before placing any order. These terms and conditions do not to affect your statutory rights. By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Prices
All prices are shown in pound sterling. It is our policy to offer goods at the best price possible.
Payment
We accept payment by all the following methods. Online transaction, telephone, and by bank transfer. All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Discover. All card payments are processed via our secure payment system and we never view your card details. We do not store or keep any credit card details.
Delivery
Items ordered will be processed within 48 hours. We make every effort to ensure that delivery is made within a maximum of 15 business days. Customized items take a maximum of 25 business days to be received.
As we offer so many variations and styles for each team, we often order these from the manufacturer/supplier to fulfil orders. We do stock many items for all of the sports advertised. It is always best to check the delivery prior to ordering, to avoid any miss-understanding, we will be happy to let you know a delivery estimate
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from our site, as we aim to offer you an excellent service. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of item.
After this time we will not able to refund your order. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs, if the items are not sent on a tracked delivery service and receipt of delivery is not confirmed, we will not be responsible for the item(s).
After we have established that the item is unused, and original brand tags are fully attached, you will be refunded the sale price excluding original cost of delivery.
All goods must be in a new and unused condition, along with it's original packaging. If the item is returned to us and not in a re-sellable condition, we are not responsible for the return postage costs of the item, this is charged to the customer.
Customized items can not be returned or refunded once the order status has been set to processing.
